祇園祭りが７月から始まります。祇園祭りにちなんだ和菓子がたくさん出ていますが

その中でもおすすめなのが一年に一日しか発売されない行者餅です。

行者餅とは求肥餅と山椒の香りが爽やかな白味噌餡をクレープ様の皮で包んだお菓子です。

7月1日〜10日に予約し、販売は7月16日のみです。

この期間に京都にお越し方は是非食べてみてください。

 

Gion Festival is going to be held in July.

There are many sweets related to Gion Festival.

One of the most recommended is “Gyosha-mochi” which is available only once a year.

Gyosha-mochi is made of sweet white miso paste (flavored with fresh pepper) covered with mochi.

You need to make reservation during 1^st July between 10^th July, and only able to but it on 16^th July.

Please try once if you are coming to Kyoto during this period.
